Unscrew the white plastic cap from the refill bottle. Do not touch or remove the black wick from the bottle. Insert the refill into the base of the plug-diffuser, and screw in until secure. Plug the unit into a wall socket, ideally as central in the room as possible and away from open windows, doors and obstructions. Switch the mains supply on and the unit will be operational. Switch off after use. Use up to 8 hours a night.
