Does it kill or repel?
This product is designed to repel, not kill.

Is it safe to use around pets?
Yes, but make sure to keep the diffuser out of reach.

Can this cause skin irritation?
The diffuser contains Citronella and Geraniol which will cause skin irritation and could cause an allergic skin reaction. Also causes serious eye damage. Always read the label and product information before use.

How long until it starts working?
Once the vents are exposed the diffuser will begin to work instantly.

Can it be used in tents when camping?
This is inadvisable as the product wouldn't work as intended, being unable to repel the insects from the enclosed space.

How many vents do I need open for it to work?
When completely open, one unit will treat a room of 40 cubic metres. We recommend that it is used half open for an area of 20 cubic metres. If used with all the vents exposed the product will be effective for approximately 8 weeks.
